I am a fan of mission and value statements — I collect the ones I like and draft my own to read every day. The following have consistently inspired me over the past year, reminding me that I can stay starry-eyed and shape my reality with empowering thoughts. Some of the Chinese versions can bring out more of an epic/poetic taste.
Think Different (Apple) — 不同凡想
Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers.
这是一群疯狂的家伙，一群特立独行，惹是生非的人。
The round peg in the square holes. The ones who see things differently.
他们就像是方形洞里的圆头钉子，他们用与众人不同的眼光看待问题
They are not found of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo.

You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them.
